It’s our great pleasure to introduce our self as IDEAL ENTERPRISES LLC the temporary infrastructure company. In year 1976, Ideal Enterprises LLC formed with the group of professional to meet the requirement of the construction site projects. At one time, Ideal Enterprises LLC was the only company which was providing a complete package to their client. Highlight of Ideal Enterprises LLC services as follows.

Constructing and managing sites since 1976.
 * Establishing the office complexes and site offices with Civil Defense approved Fire Rated specification at the project site
 * Furnished the offices with all amenities from furniture to the internet service
 * To established furnished accommodation (A to Z) for all the type of categories working for the project from a normal worker up to the level of Project Director.
 * Ground leveling, foundation, fencing and landscaping
 * Septic tank with drainage line, water tanks with water lines, DB’s with electrical cabling.
 * Car parking, asphalt road, pole lightning.

OUR MOST PRESTIGIOUS PROJECTS INCLUDE:

Barakah Nuclear Power Plant

Barakah was the first nuclear power plant in the MENA region, in which Ideal Enterprise had the honor of being the first contactor for the multi-billion dollar project. The project consisted of establishing working offices for more than 700 people that included management staff, owners and engineers. Along with these necessary facilities, Ideal Enterprises also constructed accommodation, health and recreation, religious and mess facilities for more than 4800 people.

Jebel Ali Power House G-Station & L-Station

Ideal Enterprises provided the camping and catering facilities. Here, we constructed a camp for more than 3000 workers that comprised of labor staff, supervisors and engineers. Recreation and mess facilities were included in the camp. The project lasted the span of 5 years.

Etihad Rail [Stage 1]

Provided temporary infrastructure at various locations on the Etihad Rail spanning 200 km. These structures included warehouses, workshops, accommodations and offices. This was the first on-ground railway line established in the Gulf region. We are currently in the bidding for stage 2 of the project.

Fujairah Oil Terminal

Ideal Enterprises provided a complete temporary infrastructure comprised of a working shed, offices and clinic. In addition, we also managed and provided manpower upwards of 2200, where we supervised the worker’s food accommodation and transportation. The project spanned the course of 24 months. 

Concourse 4 Dubai International Airport

Ideal Enterprises provided temporary double story office facility to the main contractor for 200 persons.

Bluewaters Development – Hospitality at Marina Dubai

Ideal Enterprises provided temporary site Double Storey Office facility for 350 persons.

Pearl Diving Pool Dubai, U.A.E.

Ideal Enterprises provided Double Storey Site Office facility for 120 persons.

Palm Jumeirah

Ideal Enterprises provided Double Storey Site Office facility for 80 persons.
