Holding companies in Dubai own the stocks of other companies in large number, in hopes to own that company. This is a company that does not produce any of its own products but rather buys the shares of other companies in large numbers. By collecting shares of another company in large numbers a holding company increases its chances to own a particular company. With a holding company there are reduce rate of risks for a particular company. There are two types of holding companies pure holding company and mixed holding company.
