Coil processing is the modification and conversion of steel coil into a variety of shapes and sizes. Standard coil processing techniques are:

Cutting to length and slitting takes place in lines. Here the coil is cut to the desired proportion for further processing.

In the next stage, the coil material is grazed into presses, roll-forming entry lines, or coil-fed laser blanking lines. The coil lines confirm that coils are fed reliably and in the right quality for optimal further processing.
