1 Assortment

SAN intelligently sorts and gathers quality materials. After selection, they initiate the process to ensure the best results.

2 Procedure

After assorting the best material we start process to prepare the material.

3 Regrind

Our grinder easily regrinds tough materials, produces quality grind and flakes. We customize sizes from 8mm to 16mm based on customer demand. Three crushers crush 25 metric tons daily.

4 Cold Wash

We customize sizes and cold wash process to meet customer needs. Using clean water, detergents, and chemicals, we produce high-quality clear flakes or grind with low moisture.

5 Hot Wash

After getting quality cold wash regrind form we start the process of hot wash. As per customer’s requirement we start hot wash process on different temperature.

6 Packaging

We securely store the prepared material and package it in sturdy 800kg Jumbo bags. We then load containers for export to various countries based on customer requirements.
