EFR - MECHANICAL SEAL SYSTEM (MSS)

The GREENDECK Mechanical Seal' system is widely adopted for floating roof tanks, covering a broad range from 10 m to 100 m in diameter and accommodating storage of both crude oil and refined oil products. • The pantograph system with weight ensures continuous contact between the Shoe Plate and the tank shell.

TANK ACCESSORIES

Floating Suction and Oil Skimmer

Proposing suction assemblies intended for application in both horizontal and vertical storage tanks, whether positioned above or below ground, where minimal contamination is acceptable. The design of the floating suction assembly is strategically focused on operating in environments with little to no tolerance for contaminants. By floating near the top of the liquid surface, the assembly is optimized to draw from the least likely region to contain foreign particles, ensuring the extraction of contamination-free liquid. All our floating suctions are meticulously engineered for extended, trouble-free life and minimal maintenance requirements.

Additionally, we offer on-site installation and commissioning services or assistance for both installation and commissioning processes.

Pig Launchers & Recievers

Tailored for subsea, offshore, and onshore applications, our Pig Launchers and Receivers are custom-manufactured to meet diverse operational requirements. The Pig Launcher serves the purpose of introducing the pig into the pipeline, while the Pig Receiver is designed to safely collect the pig following a successful launch. The selection of these pig traps is contingent upon factors such as the type of pig intended for use and the prevailing pipeline design conditions.

Blanekting Valves

Tank Blanketing Valves serve as a highly effective measure to prevent and manage fires in storage tanks containing flammable liquids. The ignition of vapors is impeded in the absence of a sufficient oxygen supply. Typically, this oxygen is introduced into the tank during emptying operations as air is drawn from the atmosphere.

Installed with their inlet connected to a pressurized inert gas source, commonly Nitrogen, Tank Blanketing Valves are designed with their outlet connected to the tank's vapor space. In the event that the tank pressure falls below a predetermined level, the blanketing valve opens, enabling the introduction of inert gas into the vapor space. This process helps maintain a safe environment and mitigates the risk of ignition within the tank.
