Rid A Pest Inc., an extermination company, was founded in 1972 in Wilson, NC by Clyde “Les” Smith. In 2013 his sons, Jamie Smith and Lee Smith took over as President and Vice President, respectively. Rid A Pest has been locally-owned and operated since our founding more than four decades ago, which means we understand the unique pest problems facing our clients in Eastern North Carolina and beyond.

As a third-generation company of entomologists, Rid A Pest has extensive knowledge of the insects that plague our residential and commercial pest control clients in Wilson, Greenville, Morehead City, New Bern, Raleigh, and all surrounding areas.
