About Insulated Panels
We use the Insulated Panels for constructing structures with controlled temperatures. For example, a storage warehouse need to maintain certain room temperature to prevent items from getting damage. Or a refrigeration room had to be insulated to prevent outside heat from entering into the room. The medical and research facilities, pharmaceutical storage houses follow strict guideline for room temperature. For constructing all these kinds of facilities, insulated panels are used. They are manufactured by sandwiching an insulation medium between two boards. polyurethane, expanded polyurethane are commonly used as the insulation material. Gypsum board, plywood and Oriented strand board (OSB) are the commonly used boards. Glue is evenly applied over both sides of a block of insulation medium and a boards are placed over the glue. Pressure is evenly applied over four or five minutes for the the panel components to stick together. The excess edge is cut / shaped. Installation fittings are added to the insulation board and packed for delivery.
