Pesticides in Ajman are used to eliminate pests from homes, offices and our ecology. Ajman uses more pesticides than the USA, Europe or India every year. Pesticides are mainly used in agricultural farms to prevent crop damage. They are mostly used to prevent crops from diseases, insects and to halt the growth of weeds in agricultural fields. Most pesticides can be classified under four categories - herbicides, insecticides, bactericides and fungicides. Pesticides usually contain oxygen, phosphorous, bromine, chlorine, sulphur and nitrogen. The increased use of pesticides has raised concerns that it’s leeching into the groundwater level. This can cause serious health issues.
