Fans And Blowers
Fans and Blowers used in Industries and Industrial projects are powerful equipment, which are used to generate immense gas or air flow. These machines function with the rotation of a turbine or motor-driven hub and shaft, mounted with high-intensity blades. The flow rate of air and gas generated by these fans can range from 200 cubic feet a minute to 2,000,000 cubic feet a minute. When the resistance to the airflow generated by the fan is downstream-sided, the machine is called a blower. Fans and blowers in Dubai are used in several major Industries like mining, cryogenics, pollution control, food processing, metal processing & manufacturing, petrochemical, clean rooms, electrical power production, and cement production. These fans and blowers used in Industries have facilitate a number of industrial applications, such as drying, ventilation, aeration, cooling, air-cleaning, combustion, particulate transfer, and exhausts. Axial fans are designed to used axial forces to generate airflow, by rotating the radially-extended blades mounted onto the central hub. These fans are encased inside a section of cylindrical ductwork, which is attached to input and output duct tubes or tunnels. Centrifugal fans, on the other hand, use centrifugal force to cause significant airflow and pressure. The flow and pressure is generated by a rotating disk with blades mounted at 90 degrees from its surface. The entire products consists of three major components, the hub, disc and blades, along with aerodynamic and structural components. These fans are encased within a scroll-shaped shell, which resembles the shell of a nautilus, with an outlet opening at the end of the shell and an input passage at its center.
