Lopo Terracotta Cladding, made from natural, aged raw clay without chemicals and fired at high temperatures, offers an architecturally appealing and functional facade solution. It provides thermal insulation and weather resistance, enhancing building aesthetics. The Terracotta Rainscreen Cladding system, a key type of Lopo’s cladding, operates on the rain screen principle. It includes terracotta panels, supporting systems, ventilated cavities, and vapor barriers, forming a back-ventilated curtain wall system. Its open joints allow air circulation, minimizing pressure differences and effectively shielding buildings from rain and snow.
