A trailer is a part of a vehicle which is designed to transport large cargo and freight. It can either be just a frame or a large shipping container mounted on a frame and attached to wheels. Some commonly used doublewides include bicycle trailer, construction trailer, travel trailer, semi-trailer, full trailer, close coupled trailer, motorcycle trailer, livestock trailer and boat trailer. They can be operated easily and the chassis can be locked to the tractor-trailer as this prevents the trailer from slipping off when being reversed.
