Roastery in Dubai refers to the place where the beans of the coffee are processed and roasted. They might also sometimes refer to places where meats are roasted. Coffee roasteries are mostly found in small scales and might sometimes be located inside a restaurant or a coffee bar itself. These roasteries are known to use green coffee beans that are taken through the various stages of roasting till they get ready to be used or to go for packaging. This region being the place of origin of the Arabia coffee beans, houses a lot of roasteries as well serving some world famous coffee as well.
