Insulated Panels in Sharjah

Insulated Panels are wall panels that provides insulation from temperature. Usually an insulation medium is sandwiched between boards. The depth of insulation depend upon the type of insulation medium, need, cost and design. The popular insulation mediums are expanded polystyrene, polyurethane and a few others. Oriented strand board are the usual the outer boards for the panels. but gypsum board and plywood are also used for quality and cost reasons. The boards are glued together with the insulating material layer by layer as per the requirements. Pressure is applied evenly over the surface of the panel components to prevent glue from expanding. After four to five minutes of continuous pressure, it will be let to dry. Sometime, the side will be un-even and we have to trim the edges and bring it to a proper shape. Connection fittings are added to the edges, for easy installation in the construction sites. The remaining exposed layers on the sides are covered with thin sheets of board of the choice. Now the insulated panels are ready to be packed and warehoused for supply.
